Matt has been a full-time staff member of the CTS team since 2001 being a jack of all trades overseeing many aspects of the company. Matt has overseen sales and operations bringing in and supporting a significant portion of CTS’ business. His versatility is immeasurable with such varied experiences through CTS such as working the Olympics in Athens, The NFL Experience in 6 different cities, NCAA Hoop City, Jazz Aspen Snowmass, University of Central Florida Athletics, the Temecula Valley Balloon and Wine Festival, and the Honda Classic.

Complete Ticket Solutions, Inc. (CTS) proudly handles events promoted by the Dallas Observer including the just completed Inaugural Brew at the Zoo. CTS handled the distribution of tickets and assisted on event day traveling to Dallas to oversee the scanning of tickets and event day reconciliation of ticket sales. CTS to handle box office operations
for 10th consecutive year

Complete Ticket Solutions, Inc.(CTS) will handle the full box office operation for the 2010 Miami International Film Festival. This will be the 10th year in a row that CTS has been a part of the Miami International Film Festival's ticket operations.

CTS provides member fulfillment, online sales, and box office management for one of the largest Film Festivals in the nation.  "We are so proud to be a part of our 10th Miami International Film Festival. While the Festival has changed hands over the years, CTS remains one of the constants. CTS signs new 5-year deal with SunFest

Complete Ticket Solutions, Inc.(CTS) is proud to announce the signing of a five year contract with SunFest of Palm Beach County.  Under the terms of the agreement, CTS will provide complete box office services for the event including online sales, bar code scanning, call center, and event day staffing.

CTS will continue to provide a completely SunFest branded user interface for sales of tickets and merchandise.  Using CTS’ proprietary bar code solution, every ticket gets scanned upon entry to SunFest putting an end to lost revenue due to counterfeited tickets and completely eliminating reentry concerns of already used tickets.  CTS has been a proud SunFest vendor since 2003.  “We are excited that SunFest has decided to resign with CTS.  Our team has always been dedicated to the success of our clients and we are thrilled that SunFest has chosen us to continue to play an integral role in their success,” said Danny Katz, President of CTS.  SunFest Sales Director, Dianna Craven said, “Always available and immediately responsive, the CTS team has been a great addition for SunFest.  In addition to the extraordinary service in the months leading up to our event, their event day operations have been outstanding.  Our gates have never run smoother.”

CTS will provide its propriety bar code system and scanners along with the customized, branded online box office solution to allow for a one-stop solution for SunFest. CTS also provides staffing and finance room operations for the event that CTS has been a part of since 2003. Dania company has just the ticket to help promote events

When Ivan Marin was working in the ticket office for the Miami Dolphins and Florida Marlins at Pro Player Stadium during the 1990s, he began plotting what he'd dreamed of since the eighth grade: his own business in the sports world.

Marin, now 31, of Kendall, wrote down everything he didn't like about his job -- all the things he realized were crucial to the often-maligned area of sports events, ticket operations. He thought he could accomplish more doing the work he was doing at the stadium for others. After all, without ticket sales, there'd be no event.

In June 2000, Marin and two stadium colleagues, Danny Katz, 36, of Davie, and Dan Axman, 32, of Plantation, launched Complete Ticket Solutions, (CTS) a company that handles every aspect of ticket sales, from running a box office and advance sales to providing event-day ticket sellers.   READ MORE >>
